mixed feelings about this stay
long check-in outdated room
the check-in process was frustrating. it took almost an hour. the staff seemed disorganized. another issue was the outdated room. the furniture looked worn, and there were some stains on the carpet. it really needs some updates

late dinner tired children
The gym was very good. I liked the equipment available.
The restaurants opened late for dinner. 6Pm was just too late for families with young children. My kids were exhausted after a day of swimming, and they got too tired to eat much.

old equipment infrequent shuttle
the breakfast was acceptable, with a decent variety of options.
The gym equipment was old and some machines were out of service. the air conditioning in the lobby was too strong, it seemed like stepping into a freezer. also, the promised shuttle service to the nearby shopping center was infrequent and often fully booked. I ended up using taxis more than i wanted.

satisfactory visit overall
helpful staff buggy service obstructed view stale water
the staff were helpful . i especially appreciated edi ayu diah and angga they provided information about the area. they also assisted with transportation around the resort with a buggy when needed.
my room did not have a satisfactory view. half of the balcony was obstructed by a shed. the verandah area near my room had a stale water smell.

mediocre food expensive place
I found that the food was not good. The best i can describe it is mediocre at best. There is already a 10% service fee on anything you order here. This place is too expensive for what is actually has to offer.

modern facilities wonderful service smooth process
The hotel location on the beach was very convenient. The hotel has modern, well-kept facilities. I found the service to be wonderful. Conference, catering, and social facilities were also very good. I appreciated the seamless check-in process. Dasa provided assistance during check-in, demonstrating professionalism. He ensured my preferences were accommodated!
I noticed dust and finger marks in some areas. The hotel appears to be somewhat run down.

The pool area featured multiple pools, including a main pool, a kids' pool, and a lagoon pool. A well-equipped fitness center has treadmills, stationary bikes, and free weights. I saw several on-site restaurants that offered various cuisines.

Amazing stay!
helpful staff friendly approach personalized service
Edi, Ayu, Diah, and Angga were helpful . They were friendly and ensured i had holiday supplies. They drove me around in a buggy and provided tips. It was personalized service and i am grateful.
The resort is located towards the northern boundary. It is a very slight negative fact.

The food was delicious. It was high quality, i enjoyed my dinner. Breakfast buffets are excellent. They have a wide array of options. Fresh ingredients and creative combinations showcase expertise.

The room was super clean and furnished with a super king size bed. It included tea and coffee facilities. A bath. And a shower. The unlimited supply of safe, bottled water was appreciated, it was very useful.
